Administrative registration procedure for the access year to health studies: PASS students, PACES repeaters.

Payment of the CVEC contribution

The Student Life and Campus Life (CVEC) contribution is mandatory before registering for initial training.

You are therefore advised to pay your contribution as soon as your choice of training is finalized.

Steps of the registration procedure

The first step of the administrative registration must be done online. If their file is complete, the students can then make an appointment with the department of education.

  • PASS - first registration

    Online registration: reopening on 27 and 28 August

    Registration is done online on the Parcoursup platform :

    • read your admission proposal to access the procedure
    • pay the registration fee by credit card.

    After registering, an email is sent to you to activate your profile in the digital working environment (ENT).

    Supporting documents

    Login to : ENT > Scolarité > Pièces justificatives

    Submit the following documents in digital format :

    • valid proof of identity (ID, passport or driving licence)
    • photo ID
    • form of transfer of image rights
    • Parcoursup admission notice
    • baccalaureate transcript
    • certificate of payment or exemption from the CVEC
    • certificate of participation in the Defence Appeal and Citizenship Day
    • certificate of civil liability insurance for the current academic year
    • scholarship students: scholarship notification
    • foreign students: "extra-community" sworn statement

    Finalizing your registration

    If your file is complete (submission of ALL the supporting documents), you can go to the department of education to complete your registration.

    Appointments: 1 to 4 September

    • make an appointment via : ENT > Scolarité > Prise de rendez-vous

    Bring the following documents:

    • baccalaureate 2020: the original and copy of the transcript of grades
    • baccalaureate students before 2020: the original and copy of the transcript of grades and of the bachelor's degree diploma

    If your registration is finalised at the end of this appointment, you will receive your student card, and your school certificate (in the ENT space).

  • PACES - redundancy

    Online registration: from 5 July 2020 to 24 July 2020 at 12:00 noon

    Supporting documents

    Login to : ENT > Scolarité > Pièces justificatives

    Provide the following documents in a digital format:

    • valid proof of identity (ID, passport or driving licence)
    • ID photo
    • form of transfer of image rights
    • baccalaureate transcript
    • last higher education diploma obtained, or transcript of records
    • certificate of payment or exemption from the CVEC
    • certificate of participation in the Defence Appeal and Citizenship Day
    • certificate of civil liability insurance for the current academic year
    • scholarship students: scholarship notification
    • foreign students: "extra-community" sworn statement

    Finalizing your registration

    If your file is complete (submission of ALL the supporting documents), you can go to the department of education to complete your registration.

    Appointments: 1 to 4 September

    • go to: ENT > Scolarité > Prise de rendez-vous
    • bring the original and copy of your transcript and bachelor's degree with you

    If your registration is finalised at the end of this appointment, you will receive your student card, and your school certificate (in the ENT space).
