• The

practice of pediatric anesthesia requires specific knowledge. Although almost all anesthetists have received initial training in pediatric anesthesia as part of their specialization in intensive care anesthesia, it is essential for everyone to keep their knowledge in this field up to date, to guarantee high-quality care.

The

aim of this DESIU is to enable anesthetists to update their theoretical and practical knowledge of pediatric anesthesia, and thus help meet the

requirements of the regional health organization plan (SROS) for children and adolescents, and the recommendations of learned societies (SFAR, CFAR) for maintaining skills in pediatric anesthesia
