At the end of the course, students should :- have acquired the theoretical and practical knowledge required to diagnose and assess deficiencies and activity limitations in patients;
- be able to identify clinical situations involving common disorders of the musculoskeletal system that may benefit from manual therapy;
- be able to recognize, by means of appropriate tests, any contraindications to manual therapy;
- be able to perform, with the necessary mastery, manual therapies, particularly manipulative and osteopathic, applicable to the spine and limbs, and to evaluate the effectiveness of this treatment

Eligibility
Eligibility- French and European Union doctors, specialty interns from the 5th semester,
- residents from the 3rd semester onwardsDoctors
- or medical students from outside the European Union with qualifications accepted as equivalent to the above (DIS students may be admitted from their 3rd semester onwards)
- Holders of the DESIU in osteopathic manual medicine from 2014-2015 will be able to enter the 3rd year of training
- directlyPersons who have completed the 1st or 2nd year of the DESIU in osteopathic musculoskeletal manual medicine at another French university will be able to continue their training in the next year at the University of Aix-Marseille
