    Eligibility
    • Doctors, pharmacists, midwives and paramedical health professionals from France, the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the Principality of Andorra;
    • foreign nationals (from outside the EU + EEA + Switzerland + Andorra) holding a doctor's degree in medicine from a French university, or a diploma entitling them to practice medicine in their country of origin or the country in which they obtained their degree
