In-depth knowledge of palliative and end-of-life care for cancer patients in a multidisciplinary approach, with an emphasis on the holistic approach to care.
Palliative care encompasses support and medical treatment for people suffering from incurable, life-threatening and/or chronic progressive illnesses. It aims to avoid suffering and complications. Palliative care includes medical treatment and care, as well as psychological, social and spiritual support.
Prerequisites
Prerequisites- Professional or volunteer experience in accompanying and/or caring for patients with serious pathologies.
- Interest in the development of multidisciplinary care and a global approach to patients at the end of
life.

Further information20-day internship (4 weeks) in a palliative care unit (USP) or mobile palliative care team: mobile pain and palliative care team (EMSP).
