General objectives:- To teach the anatomy of the head and neck, region by region, in detail and from a plastic surgery perspective

- In-depth teaching of surgical techniques in three different fields: rejuvenation surgery, rhinoplasty and reconstructive surgery, with a focus on the most frequent procedures that can be performed in outpatient and inpatient settings (excluding outpatient surgery);
- teaching of surgical strategies for plastic, aesthetic or functional purposes, based on the complementary skills of the teaching staff; use of clinical cases and surgical films
