    General objectives:

    • Gain an understanding of exhumation and reburial practices for human remains in the context of recent armed conflicts.
    • Understand the various issues (judicial, socio-cultural, political or patrimonial) involved in exhumations and identification of victims of recent armed conflicts.
    • Learn how human remains are surveyed and analyzed in humanitarian or judicial contexts
