Requests for transfers and resumption of studies

Transfer requests may be admissible under certain conditions:

• only from the end of the second year of health studies
• no student who has been admitted at the end of the first year of health studies (PACES) may be transferred to another UFR for the second year of health studies.

Students should inquire with the host faculty.

Procedure

Requests for transfer on departure must be addressed to the education department before 28 May 2021:

• Letter of motivation
• Written agreement of the host faculty
• Transfer request form duly completed, with agreement from the host faculty

Students enrolled in a medical school in France may apply to transfer to the Faculty of Medical and Paramedical Sciences of Aix-Marseille University :

• only to continue their studies in DFGSM3 or DFASM1
• no file transfer is allowed in DFASM2 or DFASM3

Procedure

Send your transfer request to the education department before 28 May 2021:

• copy of the national identity card
• letter of motivation
• departure transfer form given by the original UFR with the Dean's approval
• all transcripts obtained since and including the PACES
• transfer request form - arrival duly completed
