Registration procedure for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th years of the certificate of competence in speech and language therapy, after successful completion of the admission competition.
Payment of the CVEC contribution
The contribution from Student Life and Campus Life (CVEC) is mandatory before any registration in initial training.
Therefore, you are advised to pay your contribution as soon as your choice of training is finalized.

Registrations in 1rst year
Registration date: from 8 July 2020 at 2pm
Registration is done online at Parcoursup :
- consult your admission proposal to access the procedure
- pay the registration fee by credit card
Supporting documents
Following your registration, you will receive an email to activate your profile in the digital working environment (ENT).
Login to : ENT > Scolarité > Pièces justificatives
Submit the following documents in digital format:
- valid proof of identity (ID, passport, driving licence)
- passport-sized photo
- image rights transfer form
- bachelor's degree and transcripts
- medical certificate form drawn up by a doctor approved by the ARS, attesting to your physical and psychological fitness to exercise the profession of occupational therapist
- up-to-date vaccination certificate
- certificate of payment or exemption from the CVEC
- certificate of census and participation in the Defence Appeal and Citizenship Day
- certificate of civil liability insurance for the current academic year, with coverage during a work placement
- scholarship students: CROUS scholarship notification
If your file is complete (submission of ALL supporting documents), you will receive your student card in the week of 7 September 2020.
Registrations in years 2, 3, 4, 5
Admitted in 1st session: from 20 to 30 August 2020
Registration is done online via : ENT > Scolarité > Réinscriptions
Admitted following the results of the 2nd session: at the earlier on 15 September 15 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
Registration is done with the department of education without prior appointment.
Supporting documents
- up-to-date vaccination certificate
- certificate of payment or exemption from the CVEC
- certificate of civil liability insurance for the current academic year, with coverage during a work placement
If your file is complete (submission of ALL supporting documents), you will receive confirmation of the validation of your registration by email:
- print out your school certificate, available in your ENT space
- go to the IFE to receive the sticker allowing you to update your student card, on presentation of the school certificate

L'inscription en formation continue concerne uniquement les candidats encore salariés dans le secteur privé ou les fonctionnaires.

- 1 RIB (au nom et prénom de l’étudiant s’il est majeur)

Remboursement des demandes de bourses
Pour que votre dossier soit traité, vous devez adresser TOUTES les pièces justificatives dans 1 seul fichier pdf :
- Nom, prénom, nom de l'Ecole, année de formation
- Notification de bourse REGION PACA ou CROUS
- Certificat de scolarité
- RIB au nom et prénom de l'étudiant. ATTENTION si le RIB est au nom du parent vous devez :
- fournir une procuration autorisant la procédure de remboursement à effectuer sur le compte du parent
- joindre la pièce d'identité de l'étudiant - Lettre motivant la demande, datée et signée
