Administrative registration procedures for undergraduate and graduate studies of midwives.
Payment of the CVEC contribution
The Student Life and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC) is mandatory before registering for the initial program.
You are therefore advised to pay your contribution as soon as your choice of program is finalized.

Registering in 1rst year
The first step of the administrative registration must be done online. If their file is complete, students can then make an appointment with the education department.
First registration
Registration is done online on the Parcoursup platform:
- read your admission proposal to access the registration procedure
- pay the registration fee by credit card.
Re-registrations
The registrations are made online:
- log in via: ENT > Scolarité > Réinscription
- or use the AMU platform
- pay the registration fee by credit card only
Supporting documents
- certificate of payment or exemption from the CVEC
- social security certificate
- proof of liability insurance
- scholarship students: scholarship notification
Enrolment in second, third and fourth years
Registration date: 31 August to 16 September 2020
Registration is done online:
- log in via: ENT > Scolarité > Réinscription
- or use the AMU platform
Finalizing the registration
The validate the registration with the department of education without prior appointment:
- DFGSMa2: 14 September 2020 from 1 to 5 pm
- DFGSMa3: 7 September 2020 from 10 am to 1 pm
- DFASMa1: 9 September 2020 from 9 am to 1 pm
- DFASMa2: 10 September 2020 from 9 am to 1 pm
Tuition fees
Fees per year of study:
- student and campus life contribution (CVEC): 91€
- university registration fees: 170€
Remboursement des droits d'inscription
- Demande d'annulation inscription et remboursement des droits (formulaire à venir)
Pièces justificatives :
- 1 RIB (au nom et prénom de l’étudiant s’il est majeur)
- 1 lettre motivant la demande
- 1 certificat de scolarité
- 1 notification de bourse
Bourses et aides financières
En cas d'admission à la formation, les étudiants peuvent faire une demande de bourse auprès de la Région Sud PACA « dans les filières sanitaires et du travail social ». Les conditions d’éligibilité doivent être réunies avant le démarrage de la formation. Si vous n’êtes pas éligibles, d’autres financeurs peuvent intervenir.
Note : les étudiants en maïeutique n’ont pas accès aux bourses du CROUS.
Les étudiants du cycle Master en stage reçoivent des indemnités journalières et kilométriques pour couvrir leurs frais de formation clinique.
