Initial training and specialties preparing for the profession of dental surgeon, and continuing education for dental practitioners.
Presentation of the School
The School of Dentistry provides initial training through theoretical, practical and clinical teaching, in order to prepare the State diploma of dental surgery, and diplomas of specialized studies in dental medicine.
The partnership with the Assistance Publique des Hôpitaux de Marseille (AP-HM), allows the students to practice high quality care in the Odontology and Dental Centre of the Timone Hospital.
Numerous training courses are available in continuing education, for teachers and professional practitioners.
The teachers-researchers of the School are part of several research teams, in the fields of human movement sciences, rickettsia, biocultural anthropology.
