Orthoptics: Registrations

Registration date: from 8 July 2020 at 2 pm

Registration is done online at Parcoursup platform:

• read your admission proposal to access the registration procedure
• pay the registration fee by credit card

Following your registration, you will receive an email to activate your profile in the digital working environment (ENT).

Supporting documents

Login to : ENT > Scolarité > Pièces justificatives

Submit the following documents in digital format :

• valid proof of identity (ID, passport, driving licence)
• passport-sized photo
• form of transfer of image rights
• bachelor's degree and transcripts of grades
• medical certificate form drawn up by a doctor approved by the ARS, certifying your physical and psychological fitness to practise as an occupational therapist
• up-to-date vaccination certificate
• certificate of payment or exemption from the CVEC
• certificate of census and participation in the Defence Appeal and Citizenship Day
• certificate of civil liability insurance for the current academic year, with coverage during a work placement
• scholarship students: CROUS scholarship notification

If your file is complete (submission of ALL the supporting documents), you will receive your student card in the week of 7 September 2020.

Admitted in 1st session: from 8 to 24 July 2020 at 2 pm and from 20 to 30 August 2020

Registrations can be made online via : ENT > Scolarité > Réinscriptions

Admitted following the results of the 2nd session: at the earliest on 15 September 2020 at 9 am

Registration is done at the education department without prior appointment.

Supporting documents

• up-to-date vaccination certificate
• certificate of payment or exemption from the CVEC
• certificate of civil liability insurance, with coverage on the internship premises

If your file is complete (submission of ALL supporting documents), you will receive confirmation of the validation of your registration by email:

• print out your school certificate, available in your ENT space
• go to the IFE to receive the sticker allowing you to update your student card, on presentation of the school certificate

L'inscription en formation continue concerne uniquement les candidats encore salariés dans le secteur privé ou les fonctionnaires.

Procédure d'inscription

Rendez-vous impérativement au service scolarité pour constituer le dossier formation continue (voir la procédure de prise de rendez-vous).

• Curriculum vitae
• Attestation de prise en charge (formulaire à venir) (employeur, Pôle emploi ou tout autre organisme financeur)

• Demande d'annulation inscription et remboursement des droits (formulaire à venir)

Pièces justificatives :

• 1 RIB (au nom et prénom de l’étudiant s’il est majeur)
• 1 lettre motivant la demande
• 1 certificat de scolarité
• 1 notification de bourse

Pour que votre dossier soit traité, vous devez adresser TOUTES les pièces justificatives dans 1 seul fichier pdf :

• Nom, prénom, nom de l'Ecole, année de formation
• Notification de bourse REGION PACA ou CROUS
• Certificat de scolarité
• RIB au nom et prénom de l'étudiant. ATTENTION si le RIB est au nom du parent vous devez :
  
  - fournir une procuration autorisant la procédure de remboursement à effectuer sur le compte du parent
  
  - joindre la pièce d'identité de l'étudiant
• Lettre motivant la demande, datée et signée
