What are the formalities to be completed to prepare for a M.D. medical thesis.
Candidate profile
Candidates must be a student in the Faculty of Medical and Paramedical Sciences, either as a general medicine intern or as a specialty intern.
Thesis defence
The thesis of practice leads to the award of the State Diploma of Doctor of Medicine.
The defense can take place:
- at the earliest, as soon as the third semester of training has been validated
- at the latest, three years after obtaining the diploma of specialized studies (general medicine, when "thesis = dissertation", no later than the last day of the month of the DES validation commission (April 30 for the April commission and October 31 for the October commission), before the last day of the last semester).
